Bring order out of the chaos

Updated over a week ago

The backlog helps you track all your ideas and possible projects, keeping them close at hand for planning and prioritizing.

When you add priority scores to your backlog projects, the highest-priority items will float to the top of the list — giving you a visual representation of your stack-ranked ideas.

📝 How to prioritize

  1. Open the Edit project dialog
Click on Edit in the bottom-right corner of any project card in the backlog column of your board.

  2. Add your score

In the detailed view that opens up, click on Add priority. Then, in the priority score field, manually type in a score from 0 ᠆ 100, with 100 as the highest priority project. Click Done editing when you’ve finished.

Level up with RICE scoring

Get a little more scientific and precise about your priority scoring by using the RICE method of prioritization, which allows you to rank your project based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. Simply click on the calculator icon in the priority input field, and you’ll be able to choose values for each component of the score.
