Initial setup
Adding Zapier to your Panobi workspace is easy!
Navigate to Settings
Click on Settings in the left navigation, and then click on Integrations under your workspace name.
Open the Zapier integration
Find Zapier in the list of Available integrations.
Connect with Zapier
Click the Connect button and follow the instructions for authorizing Zapier to connect to Panobi.
Copy your signing key
After clicking Connect you will see the signing key.
Click on the icon to copy it.
Additional Configuration in Zapier
After adding Zapier to your Panobi workspace, you will need to finish the connection in Zapier.
Visit Zapier
Head to your Zaps in Zapier to create your first Zap with Panobi.
Create a new Zap and configure your trigger
Click the + Create button and select New Zap. Set up the workflow's trigger with the configuration you need to either create a project or update an existing metric in Panobi.
Select the Panobi action app
Once your trigger has been set up, select Panobi from the Change Action modal to complete the action portion of your workflow.
Choose the Panobi action
Select the action to be performed in Panobi — Import project or Update metric.
Connect your workspace
On the Account step, click the Choose button. A tab will open with a field to add the signing key you copied from your Panobi workspace. You can always return to Panobi to copy it from the Zapier integration details in Integrations settings.
Add your signing key
Paste your signing key and click the Yes, Continue to Panobi button.
Finish your Zap setup
Once the connection has been made, you can complete your Zap setup.

Once you have set up your Panobi Zapier integration, choose from a large variety of applications to create projects and update metrics in Panobi.
Import projects and follow release updates
You can create projects in Panobi from your project management, experimentation and release management tools.
Use Optimizely, Hotjar, Omniconvert, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or Kameleoon to create a project for each experiment.
Leverage Linear, Monday, Clickup, Jira, and Asana to create a project with the addition of a new epic, story, or task.
Choose LaunchDarkly, Posthog, or other release management tools to create a project when a feature flag is created.
Update metrics
A variety of data sources are available in Zapier, making it simple to pipe your data from those tools into Panobi — allowing you to see your metrics alongside the projects and experiments that are impacting them.
Pull data from Pendo, Mixpanel, Fullstory and more, seeing the metrics you're tracking there alongside work from across the company.
